CVS — Local services in Liberty

Update: I’ve bumped my review up as I have not seen that particular pharmacist since I’ve been back. Additionally, it looks like it may be getting back to business as usual. I want to state that every pharmacist there is solid excluding this new one they tried out. Take care of your customers Liberty cvs and we’ll take care of you.

Whatever cvs did to their pharmacy over the past month or so….. PLEASE put it back. Most insanely ran pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Certainly the only review I’ve left a chain pharmacy. I come here for convenience since it’s right down the road. That’ll definitely change. I have a feeling it’ll change for many others as well unfortunately. That new pharmacist is wild. It baffles me cvs as a corporation would ever allow someone with a demeanor like hers to work there. Additionally, she barely speaks any English and believe me when I tell you I’m not embellishing on that in any way. It’s just quite a crazy situation / experience. I transferred all of my prescriptions from Walgreens to this CVS and everything was fine, customer service was good, until the normal pharmacists are now gone and there is a new lady pharmacist who doesn't speak English very well. If you ask her to repeat herself, or if you have questions about anything, she becomes very combative and rude. This hasn't only happened to me, but I have watched her treat everyone else the same way. The staff in the pharmacy seem so miserable now, and I completely understand why. Liberty needs another pharmacy to give them some competition. I will now transfer all of my prescriptions back to Walgreens and drive 30 miles to pick them up. This CVS will NOT get another dime of my money until the this lady is gone....

Purchase some items today 11-19 . Buy one get one 50% off. Young gentlemen said it goes off today, so did not get discount. He was more concern about getting back to his phone watching something which is what he was doing when I came in the door. The items did not go off sale til end of the day, correct? So he just tried easily to find manager but did not make much effort. I walk away but realizing it was $5 worth I was losing. Walk back he was right back on his phone watching something. Paying no attention to the store or customers. Leave your phone in the Locker when working so you can give full attention to your customer! I shop local and regular to Liberty CVS....
