As someone battling a organ issue with a 2 year old worring if I will be here with her long I thought taking out a car newer than my old car that was at its ending ,so I found these guys after reading such great reviews i took out a 2012 Chevy equinox what i could afford each month in less than a month it had a broken timing chain and had periodic acceleration issues which I kept telling them over and over it went in 3 times to get fix sensors timing chain all the works so they say but I am female so I can be fooled about mechanical stuff I got it back a little over 2 weeks now it started to not accelerate then stall out in traffic! With my baby in the back almost had a accident you guys knew that car is not good but it doesn't affect you cause you got paid .but the transmission has issues and from that timing chain being broken damaged the engine you knew now I can't go to my doctors appointments I am scared to drive and anywhere taking taxis everywhere expensive! How can I pay my loan for a car that failed in 3 months I asked them to swap out the car for a better car less than are equal or even close to the value of the car I owe 10,000 on it they want to give me 8 I saw a car for 9,000 I asked them to swap it out for the same cost it's the decent respectable thing to do when you sell a car and it's bad it can put a family in debt or kill them ! no car no work especially for me with life saving doctor...

I have had my truck in the shop several times. Almost always told that the mechanic duplicate the issues that I have described. Took my truck in for warranty work. The mechanic BROKE a bolt then silicone the head of the bolt back into location. Making it look like it was complete. A few months later it fell out. They replaced 1 bolt. I asked about the other bolts, Tim the service manager told me to my face that they did check the other bolts. After getting my truck home. I checked the other bolts. I had previously put paint dots on all the other bolts. None of the paint marks were disturbed. Also the silicone that was covering 3 other bolt heads were untouched as well. I also stated that I DID NOT WANT THE SAME MECHANIC WORKING ON MY TRUCK. I was told No Problem. I watched the same mechanic pull my truck into the garage and work on it, then pull it out. I feel that I have been treated like a piece of dog dodo sitting on the side of the road. I recommend that YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER FOR ANY REPAIRS.
