I recently purchased a used vehicle from Just Crusin Auto Sales of Limerick, and I must say, it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the lack of professionalism and integrity at this dealership. First and foremost, the condition of the vehicle was appalling. It was evident that the dealership had never bothered to clean the car before selling it. As soon as I got inside, I discovered old food stuck on the console and under the driver's seat. It was absolutely disgusting! The interior hadn't been wiped down at all, and it was apparent that no effort had been made to prepare the vehicle for sale. What's even more infuriating is that, to this day, I am still finding trash and food remnants that I haven't left or eaten before. It's as if the dealership never bothered to inspect or clean the vehicle properly. How can a business in the auto industry justify selling a car in such a deplorable state? Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. Just a week after buying the car, I started experiencing engine issues. It turns out there was a problem with a sensor. I had to make multiple phone calls and endure frustrating conversations with the owner before they agreed to fix it free of charge, as they should have from the beginning. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Just Crusin is astonishing. They failed to deliver a clean vehicle and provided misleading information about the car's condition. This dealership has shown a complete disregard for their customers' needs and has left me regretting my decision to do business with them. Revision 9/24/2023: Response from owner: "Feels like a little different story then what I explained to you. The jeep just came in and was serviced by us. We drive the vehicles after they are serviced to make sure there is no issues. There was none with this jeep. When you noticed it on our lot, I explained to you that it still need to be detailed and we were backed up with the company we use for detailing about 2 weeks. You decided to purchase it anyway because it was not crazy dirty and looked nice and you didn’t want to wait. Yes, it need to be cleaned and especially under the seats. To be fair to you, We took some money off the price due to the fact that the detail was not done. When you had sensor issues we got you on the schedule ASAP although we were two weeks booked up. We changed your sensor and drive the jeep without issue. Unfortunately the issue came back and we needed to get it back in the shop to check the sensor and wiring. These things happen and we are sorry for the inconvience." If you drive the vehicles before putting them on your lot, you, or whoever, would've felt the problem with the vehicle. I'm no mechanic, but feeling a vehicle shutter while driving, not to mention the audio cues of the engine turning off and slamming back on, probably means there's something really wrong with the vehicle. It also stalled while idling with the A/C on 8 times out of 10. Also, the vehicle was supposedly detailed not only before I bought it, but WHILE I was signing the paperwork. I was able to look out the window and see the girl "vacuuming" the interior. There was no price change for the vehicle either, you said yourself that the sticker price is final. I have the paperwork from you and the bank that the loan is from to prove you wrong. The only reason you booked it ASAP is because we were on you about it. You tried waiting until your warranty expired. I found a shop that knows what they're doing and what they're talking about that will work on my vehicle from now on.

Right off I am going to say that purchasing a used vehicle in the past year has not been fun ! Prices are up , inventory is thin and there is very little negotiation . I came to use this car lot due to the fact that the guy I usually use had no selection what so ever. If you are interested I wrote a google review of him a while back. First off; I purchased my car because I needed a commuter car. I only really use it to go back and forth to work and that was it. After a couple of weeks of driving it I drove it at night for the 1st time and I noticed how bad the windshield was scratched very badly. I guess the previous owners never changed the wiper blades? It was so bad that headlights and street lights would halo , refract and flare; making it difficult to see thru the windshield. I tried buffing /compounding the scratches out but in the end I had to spend $310 to have a new windshield installed. Wish I had caught this when I was looking at the car. Second, after 7200 miles of driving I had to install front rotors and pads. I saved some money doing it myself but they must have been at the minimum when they passed it for inspection? I am not saying I should have gotten 25,000/30,000 miles till they needed replacements , but 7200? Seems like they could have lasted a bit longer. I usually get 2/3 years between brake jobs Finally the paint in the picture (and also the pin stripping is peeling off). Now personally this is not a 'deal breaker' for myself. I bought this car as a commuter car and as long as this problem does not turn to rust I am unconcerned. But I know a lot of people if they buy a used car with a nice paint job they expect the paint job to stay nice, not go south after 8 months. In full sun you can see that this car had panels repainted at some point and its really not a bad match. Just didn't last on the fender. Again it is not something that bothers me on this car since it is my "bottom rung" vehicle that gets me to work and back In closing , after writing all of this I do like the car. I waited 8 months before writing this review to get a feel for the car. It is clean and it drives straight. It has been very dependable so far and it get over 32mpg (but that is why I purchased a Corolla) I am old enough and have purchased enough used vehicles to understand a used car/truck is a gamble. Would I use this dealership again? I may or may not, there is a lot to chose from along with private sales which I have done more than a few of in the past. But I won't say don't go there , if they got a vehicle you are interested give them a try. Personally I am hoping the used vehicle marketplace 'loosens up' in the next year so the buyer has a bit more selection and leverage on price!

Just Cruisin gets you in and out of there. Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback, and whoever you talk to is straight up and honest with you. There is a wide selection of cars at affordable prices. They give you warranty options on every car with different pricing. The cars were nicely cleaned, only about one spot missed, but that's it. William Zimmerman is a very nice salesman who has been working there 20+ years. Just Cruisin also has a free inspection a month after the purchase. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their first car or an affordable car.

All of my dealings are with a guy named "Bill". I stopped in there over the course of 3 weeks to look at 2 different cars. All the same type. I do extensive research before I buy anything. Right down to things that only cost $10-$20. So from the moment I walk on the lot I am the type of person car salesmen hate (people who wont get railroaded into overpaying for a car)

Car #1: 2000 Toyota Corolla. From the 1st second I walk on the lot "Bill" tells me that the price listed is their "best" price and they don't haggle. Now this is ridiculous for a few reasons. The 1st is that their "best" price was $1,950 OVER any of the various used car guides online (KBB / NADA / Edmunds). He was asking $4,950 and the various online values have it pegged at $3,000. Now this may be somewhat plausible if the car was in impeccable shape. But its not. 1st of all the CarFax showed that the car had been in 2 accidents. Secondly the cosmetics on the car were piss poor. ALOT of scratches, dings, rust in wheel wells, rubber trim along the windows were dry rotted. I found some bad overspray along the trunk and front driver fender. The hood scrapped the fender when you tried to close it (obvious sign of one of the cars accidents) Really I could go on and on. But I 'll leave it at that.

Car #2: 2002 Chevy Prizm (Corolla clone) This car was much the same story minus the accidents, this one was clean of any. However, it had rust in wheel wells, it had paint touch up all around the car but it was done with a different shade of red so it looked terrible, the car had a wonky left front strut, the front emblem was cracked, the left rear tail light was cracked, the front hood was terribly scratched. Yet again he is asking $4,950 when the KBB / NADA value is $2,600. ($2,400 over!)

Now to the real reason I write this review. I really wouldn't be writing this if "Bill" was cordial in any way. He could not have been any more of a jerk. In both instances after he brought up the no haggle "best price" I immediately referenced the KBB / NADA values and the cars imperfections and issues. The first time he just replied "if I don't like the price I don't need to buy the car" and he took the key and walked away. Now I have tough skin. That remark would be enough to piss anyone off but I just took it in stride and walked away.

Forward to today (about 2 weeks after the 1st instance) This time I asked to test drive the car. He told me I could only test drive if I would agree to the price of the car. I replied that I felt it was overpriced due to all the different factors I listed above. As I was talking he interupted me and said "It's lunchtime and I need to run to the bank" at the same time he leaned in the car and snatched the keys from the ignition and started to walk away from me towards the building without even saying anything more to me. While he was walking away I told him "he didn't need to be rude" He turned around and said something smart (can't recall just now) and I replied that he was a jerk for not even hearing a potential customers point of view and that it was a shame because I had cash in my pocket ready to buy if he had something priced (even halfway reasonably) So he then called me a jerk.

I had to laugh on the way home. So let me get this straight.....because I am an informed consumer unwilling to pay 50% over KBB / NADA value for a car that has MAJOR cosmetic and/or suspension issues PLUS an accident history I'm the jerk?

My humble opinion is that this guy preys on uninformed consumers and just gets butt hurt when someone walks on his lot that knows what they are talking about. And you know maybe the jokes on me. Maybe he does enough business on uninformed people that overpay that he doesn't lose sleep over people like me.

But in today's day in age where you can readily access a cars history, a cars fair market value and the ability to search for used cars online I would think that uninformed consumers are extinct. This guy better pray I am wrong or he will be out of business soon.

Do your research & it will lead you to...
