This park is pretty fun and I loved going there as a kid. The only two main problems I have are that the big spinny ride got removed which was my favorite ride there (i still have no idea why it's gone ) and that they're aren't more things for older kids. Like I know little kids are the main people who use the park, but I'm only 16 and still want to be able to have fun there too.

I remember when I was younger there was this older girl who played a guitar while singing on the benches of this park. I specifically remember her playing the song Jolene; I was mesmerized. I wonder where she is now and what she's up to.

(I also have a third problem but that's with parents and not the park itself. Since some people don't teach their kids manners. Little menaces are pushing, not waiting there turn, going to close to in-use rides, crying becaue they can't have a longer turn on the swing/saucer, etc. I knew better that to act like that when I was their age, hence why I blame their parents/guardians. I actually went there with my friend and her little sister yesterday and even her little 9 year old sister was complaining about how obnoxious and unmannered these kids were. This issue though exrends beyond parks though,...

Please for the love of everything that is good watch for a challenged adult male. We showed up and instantly noticed a man who was there alone acting like he was on hard drugs. We allowed our daughter to play for 20 minutes while hawk eyeing the man who was acting very very strangely. We eventually had enough and left the park, to be instantly followed by that man who got into a car very close to ours. I noticed he was driven there seemingly by his elderly father. I then getting worried waited a few minutes before pulling out but they did too, not leaving until I did. Directly after I did. So I pulled over and they did too. So I screamed at them if they didn't stop harassing us I was going to call the police and the father shouted "he's challenged" before speeding away and flipping us off at the stop sign. Challenged adults, unsupervised at the children's park is how children get senselessly hurt. Shame on all the local parents who allow this to happen, and shame on me for not calling 911 as soon as I could tell that man was there alone. Adult white male, dark hair and beard, roughly 6 foot, displays crazy...

Starting From my kids and now my grandkids they all have LOVED this park. It started as just a play ground and now they have baseball fields, soccer, ect.,and we love the walk around the park where you can stop for different exercises along they way. It has bathrooms and a snack shop so you can spend some time here without having to leave for these kind of needs. Then they offer movie night and lots of other events for families to do together. This park is ALWAYS full to capacity, so its hard to find somewhere to sit when you need a little rest,so my only negative is that they need more seating for us older residents, lol,๐Ÿ˜,other then that one issue ,i cant say anything bad about this park, its always our first choice on a nice day. Thank you to Limerick township for doing a beautiful job on the continued progress of this park,it is working for us all. P.s. We ABSOLUTELY...

The end of an era... today was the last day to enjoy the wooden castle playground at Manderach Park in Limerick, Pennsylvania. ๐Ÿ˜” Limerick Township is creating a new playground, slated to open in fall 2026. The new structure will feature castle elements and still serve as a reminder of Lisa and Devon Manderach, whose lives were tragically cut short in an awful crime. It will also be more accessible for all children and easier to maintain. As a 90s kid who grew up on wooden playgrounds, it's sad to see another one go away, but at least my kids enjoyed it for a few years. #castle #byebye #endofanera #pennsylvania #woodenplayground
