I bought a car from this dealership not even 2 years ago and my back brakes need to be replaced. I called and they said on new cars they don’t last as long and I went to 3 different mechanics and they all told me that they shouldn’t need to be replaced. So I called and made an appointment to see if there was a recall or if something was wrong the breaks. I’ve been a customer for Nissan for a long time and I would think that there is something that they could do because it’s unacceptable for my breaks to go this early. Today I dropped my car off and Stephen was the one that was taking care of me. He called and said that there is nothing wrong with there is nothing wrong with the breaks and they just need to be replaced and that’s how the car is. I told him that we are going to go somewhere else that’s cheaper because they aren’t going be able to do anything for us and right now I can’t afford to fix the breaks for $250. Then he proceeded to say he needs to charge me for a break inspection. NEVER was I told that there would be a fee for him to look at it. And then he made me feel bad because he said well look at it from their perspective and it’s not fair for us to use Nissan to look at the car and for us not to pay for the service. There was no service done! I knew the breaks were bad because like I said I took it to 3 different mechanics that all told me that Nissan should fix this for free. Then I spoke up and said something and Stephen said that I didn’t hear him and he said he would cover the inspection never did he tell us that. I will never be buying a Nissan again because of the awful experience I had with Stephen. Read moreI just had my 2013 Nissan in because the seat belt light was on. The service advisor Michelle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me up to date on everything that was being done. The service manager, Lou, happened to be there and knew what would need to be done and promptly took care of getting the part. The technician, Travis, had advanced knowledge of the complex seat belt and air bag system. The cars today are complicated but they explained everything to me about the parts, removing the seat, and what they called zeroing out the seat sensor code. I think I know a lot about cars, but I will say this, Have an expert work on you car. It is beneficial if not essential due to the fact that other people I talked to and what I found on the internet was not sufficient to complete a repair of this nature. And they told me the seat belt was covered under warranty for 10 years, unlimited mileage. So it was FREE on a 2013 vehicle. I was impressed that even the service manage Lou was there and involved with what was being done. I enjoy my car more knowing that it is fixed and serviced there. I travel a lot and have more confidence that I will not have any repeated problems. The facility is nice, modern, and convenient to enter and has lots of parking. I know myself too well that if I go in “blind” with too many options I won’t know what I want. A blue Nissan Sentra caught my eye, but I wasn’t sure I wanted a car other than black, white, or even gray, but, I kept going back to it. With less than 12,000 miles for a 2022 at a price worth a steal, I knew I found my car. The car doesn’t have whistles, but it sure had the bells I wanted and that was perfect for me!
