I ordered Chow Mein. I received a dish filled to the brim with onions, pepper and slimy chicken absolutely swimming in an unpleasent, translucent white sauce. There were no noodles anywhere to be found. When i called to question this I was first told "Thats what chow mein is, the vegetables in the sauce." I have ordered chow mein how many times in my life? Gotten noodles every time. Chow Mein literally means stir-fried noodles, "the name being the romanization of the Taishanese chāu-mèing". Go to google translate, English --> Chinese, type in "fried noodles". Ta da. Heck, while you're there check out "chow mein" on google image search and see hundreds of thousands of pictures fried noodles. When i insisted that I was entitled to noodles I was then informed that the package of crispy yellow snack noodles that comes with literally every chinese meal EVER are, in fact the noodles that are supposed to come with my dish. What I got was maybe Chop Suey? But regardless it was not enjoyable and I ate very little of it. Maybe some of the food they make is really good, I don't know; I'm just saying my food was neither good nor what I wanted and they really didn't care at all/lied to me about it. Consider your options.

Really not bad considering this is Chinese Take out. Wa Seng has been in town for as long as I can remember. And for good reason. They do make very good food. The general tsos is a favorite here especially because its white meat. Not just batter and not just sauce. If you’ve tried it you’ll know what Im talking about. The Yang Chow is also an easy favorite here. Filling and flavorful. Service is also quick which really is a big help whenever im in a rush or have no time to prepare food after a busy day’s work. I usually stick to our usual on the menu but aside from those two, I’ve also enjoyed their egg drop soup, crab rangoons, sweet and sour chicken, seafood pan fried noodles and their singapore mei fun! Every now and then I try something new and so far all have been good.

Best Chinese food I ever had. The fact that they let you control how much sauce, salt, etc. they put into your food is the best. After eating I done feel like a blob. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My regular Chinese food place is closed on Monday so we tried here. They delivered it to the wrong address and just left it on the porch, not handing it to anyone. Then I called to ask where it was (an hour after the original order) and the person said it was delivered to the wrong town and they were sending new food in 15 minutes after I called 4 times asking over the next 20 minutes. The person on the phone was getting increasingly more rude with each call, like it’s my fault they delivered to the wrong address and left the food on the porch. My neighbor is where they actually left it who discovered that 5 minutes before the new food came. After explaining that we got our original order already, the driver still gave us the new food. Less than 5 minutes later he came back asking for the new food back. So there is a good chance they reuse that chicken and broccoli and sesame chicken for another order. When I asked the delivery driver to ensure they don’t double charge the card I put it on, he got rude and yelled that is impossible. The whole experience was terrible, and the food was decent at best. Happily stay with my current Chinese food (Fortune City in Towaco) and try to find something else to order on the day...
