Edit #3: While they still make an occasional mistake with orders, they work hard to fix it every time. Some times it's a bit frustrating but all you can ask is for them to make it right. Food is excellent so we keep going back. Try the dinner special Balsamic glazed Salmon!

I may have reviewed here before. The food here is great but if you order by phone you should expect the order to be incorrect. At least half the time we have to call up and have our order corrected. This time I just had enough. If I had that kind of accuracy at work I’d be fired in a day. I mean, how do you forget cheese on a chicken parm?

Edit: 07/06/20 reduced to one star. They forgot cheese again on a chicken parm. No idea how they manage to stay in business when they have under a 50% order accuracy. I guess I keep going, though I'm really not sure why... Edit #2: It took them an hour to come with my corrected food. But they decided to charge me a second time and wouldn't give it to me without me paying. The delivery guy also had no face covering on and waked right up to me. Has gone seriously downhill don't waste your money & order from one of the many honest pizzerias in the area. I have ordered the same sandwich from this place once or twice a week for about 6 years. Tonight when I got it, the sandwich that has always come with 2 big chicken cutlet breasts only came with one. When I called the manager lied straight to my face about it & said it's always been this way. This is not the first time the manager has lied to me, but it will be the last. I proceeded to tell them I hope lying to me over a chicken cutlet was worth losing my reliable business, I don't cook & I order out quite often. I hope their greed & lies are worth losing customers. This restaurant has raised prices on their food while simultaneously providing half of the food per order than they used to. I understand price hikes, but using half of the food you usually do & hiking the price at the same time feels like your getting ripped off even more so after learning what a straight faced liar is running the place. I prefer to give my business to people who I don't feel screwed over by or people I know have lied...

I order from here a lot and they cannot seem to get my order right. I am at he point where I am no longer ordering from here. I ask for simple instructions like "Dressing on the side" . They put tons of it on the panini. I end up throwing most of it away because it gets so soggy. I ask to leave things off the sandwich. They put them on anyway. I order directly through their website and write clear instructions. Maybe 1 out of 5 they will get it correct. I feel like I am throwing money away at this point. The food can be good, when they make it the way I ask. I am sick of throwing their food away. At the end of a long day, I am not calling and asking for another one, and waiting. I am starving.
