Owner is the rudest person I've ever met and dealt with. I am BAFFLED by how she treats her customers and lies to them/about them. I am not that kind of bride for her to be treating me and my bridal party the way she did.

I'm not sure why it matters if we had an issue in the parking lot because it was over before we walked in the door. I have a voicemail from Cheri where she did not mention AT ALL that she had a VERY limited selection of dresses. She was more worried that we would need the full two hours that I booked. SHE cut our time short after an hour and said my sister was not wearing a prom dress in my wedding LOL. I'm glad she thought she could make that decision. We took a bottle of champagne to our area as we did when I bought my wedding dress in October, no issue with that. I also have NO idea what she's talking about with taking dresses to the bathroom when I bought my dress because I didn't even use the bathroom when I bought my dress. We treated her employees with respect and they all complimented me on the dress that I chose. I'm pretty sure if they thought I was disrespectful, they would not have done that. This place is a joke and I have SO many regrets buying my dress here. I'm not sure who Cheri thinks she is, but she does not truly care about her customers and their happiness for their wedding day. I bought my Couture wedding dress in January 2022 for my September 2022 wedding. I had plans of going to three more shops within the weekend to try on every style of dress. I had an image of what I wanted, just like every little girl dreams. Walking into the shop I was greeted by the sweetest team and a floppy eared lab. My family knew I was in heaven! I had my own stylist whom, gave me several clips to choose dresses I wanted to try on. After dwindling down my choices I had my last dress. I’ve been waiting for this one. I was already in love with the lace, I had to see it on. I was told it is an off the rack dress. Meaning it comes as is. They can’t order anymore lace if I needed alterations or a matching veil. I walk out, and get THAT feeling. I never believed in “THE” dress, just beautiful dresses but it was mine. It fit perfect! The beautiful train, the color, the lace, everything. It was what I saw for myself. I was ecstatic that one more thing was marked off my list. I scheduled my dress shopping early in the year because Covid was ending around this time. Ordering dresses I’ve heard was taking several months. Because the dress was off the rack the team explained I was able to take it home that day. The day could not have been more perfect! As a repeat customer, I will forever and always recommend this beautiful boutique. As of today, we have purchased a bridesmaid gown, my wedding gown and a prom dress. With a minimum of 10 dresses still to go, I see us all becoming very good friends in the store! We (my daughters and I) absolutely adore the staff, and owner. Going through high school as a plus size girl is already hard, and then you add dress shopping on top of that. The ladies here always hyped my girl up and gave honest reviews on what she tried on. Cheri herself pulled many dresses for her as well. When I went into buy my wedding dress, I was so nervous bc I just knew I'd be asked about my big day and my future husband, only to share that I actually have a future wife. (Not ashamed in anyway, just was unsure of the reaction bc we know how some people are). This couldn't be further from the truth of how they responded. Not a soul batted an eye at the wife talk, and just made me feel right at home! All in all, I just want the entire world to know about this wonderful store.
