Very disappointed with ordering from Quill. This is the 3rd try with them and still having issues. Our first time our items were damaged. Our second time half our shipment wasn't delivered when it showed delivered. Was told to wait some more days. Come to find out it was delivered to another office in the lobby area and no one knew it was for anyone as the delivery guys just dropped it against the wall off to the side behind a fake tree! Now again half the order is missing, says delivered, not left at the fake tree in the other office and definitely not at our office. I chat with them and they said tomorrow we should get it (maybe) and we are not in the office. They said they would just drop it outside. Thank you but by the time Monday comes my copy paper (20 reams) will be destroyed from the rain we will get. Hoping they wait until...
Read more0 STAR. Ordered appointment/business cards on their website. Their invoice stated will receive in 10 to 11 business days. That was 07/06/2018. On 07/31/2018 called customer service & inquired about the order. Rep, Sadria stated the order was cancelled. Cancelled? by who? Was on the phone for 40 min, put me on hold several times, stated will place a new order and expected delivery Aug.13/14. I was supposed to get them in July 23/24th. Running really low on appointment cards. Michelle, imprint support rep promised to upgrade the shipping. She promised to call back but another rep, Heather calls and she has no idea about the "cancelled order" and upgraded shipping. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEIR WORDS. GET THEM IN WRITING. WILL NEVER ORDER...

I waited 24 hours. I've heard nothing from the "appropriate team".
