Heard good things about Lisbon Smiles, and it had been around 10 plus years since I’d been to the dentist, and I was super embarrassed and a little nervous about going. I couldn’t put it off any longer, and I knew It. No worries when you’re in the hands of a top-notch hygienist like Kelsey, she is so thorough and good at explaining what she’s doing and why and not to feel embarrassed. Dr Ryan is an exceptional dentist, his technical skills are on par with his communication skills, to his patients as well as his staff he works side by side with. He and Kari worked together to make sure the crown I needed would have the best outcome it could. Teamwork exists for real in this office.

This dental office is a hidden gem in a lovely small town that has lots to offer everyone. You can tell there is a passion for the knowledge of all aspects of teeth, communication, patient care, respect for your wallet, and appreciation for choosing them to do your dental business with. I had scheduled appointments for myself and my 5 year old son. Something came up last minute and I was unable to make the appointments at the scheduled time. They were able move some things around and accommodate our immediate need, which was my son, who had a bad abscess tooth!

They were all very professional and friendly! As a walked in the front door, I was greeted by name by the receptionist. She was very kind and always smiling. The assistant that took us back was great too! I did not get a chance to meet the dentist, as I waited in the lobby. I was nervous about that at first, but the receptionist was giving me updates from the back staff and we could hear him laughing, so apparently they were doing something right! The gal in the business office was also very informative and friendly and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this office as a dental home for individuals...
