CVS — Local services in Lititz

CVS store on Broad Street in Lititz ...........I recently got an unusual phone call from a employe from CVS leaving a message that there was a large amount of photos that had been paid for and have been sitting there for a very long time, with my name on the order. They were in the process of clean up things that have been there for a long time. Instead of throwing them out, she took it apon herself to make a phone call, and left a message.My family and I had a very rough patch of time with an ailing parent and a funeral. With all that going on this order was totally forgotten. With out this employee taking the time to care, I would have missed out on having some very cherished photos. I was even more impressed with her work ethics, when I picked up the photos. I saw a note on the package that had all the info written on it for her Co workers, such as my name, the day she called, stating she left a message and to hold for one week. There are so many younger employees now a days that do not put any extra care into their work. I was very impressed with this employee and her work ethics, thus the reason for this note. Worst customer service ever. CVS in Manheim didn't have enough pills to fill my prescription and wouldn't fill only half of it. They said they would be getting more in 3 days. I waited 4 days and called to see if they filled the prescription. The answer was "no, but we should have them in 2 days". I asked if any other CVS stores had stock. They checked and told me CVS on Broad St. In Lititz has them. So I had to drive to Manheim pick up the prescription and then drive to the Lititz store. The lady behind the counter looked at the script and said they can't fill it. I asked if there were any other CVS stores that might have them. She said "I don't know" and sent me on my way. So I called the CVS on the other side of Lititz to check inventory before driving further. They said "we can't give that information over the phone". So I drove to that CVS and fortunately they could finally fill my prescription. I'm glad this was not a life threatening medication. I'd be dead by now. I don't recommend this pharmacy to my...

CVS pharmacy north broad in Lititz is the worst! I had a script from the doctor submitted right there at the 9 am appointment! I went to pick it up at 5:45PM... sorry it’s just about ready. What? Are you serious? You had how many hours to fill that script and it’s not done? Apparently with their inept staff there needs several days. This was for eye drops.... does the pharmacist have to mix the formula to create the eye drops? No thanks, I will call the docs and have the script filled else where, I know they will have it ready within the hour!
