I had such a great experience at New Holland Coffee Company in Lititz, PA — easily one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. The space is cozy without feeling cramped, and you can tell a lot of care went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience feel even better. I ordered [insert your favorite item if you’d like!], and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients, and prepared with care. Their coffee is top-tier: smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re just stopping in for a quick cup or settling in for a relaxing morning, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. You can tell this isn’t just another chain coffee spot — it has real personality and heart. If you’re ever in Lititz, New Holland Coffee Company is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We got a flight of beer, awesome food, and coffee all at one place!!! This might be heaven. The outside architecture and lights are absolutely stunning, then you go inside in the interior is just as beautiful complete with a fireplace. Super cool to walk in and see the brewery area as well. We got fried pickles, mac and cheese bites, a grilled cheese sandwich, tried all the beer on tap, and had a peppermint latte... Not all at once lol Everything was fantastic. The fried pickles were absolutely cooked to perfection, and the bread that the grilled cheese is on is amazing... I wish they sold it by the loaf. All of the beer was tasty but perhaps could have had a little bit more flavor in some of them. Super impressed with the variety. The brown ale was a standout! You could order at the counter or from the table with a QR code which was super convenient and easy to order and pay. Super cool place to check out if you're in lititz!!

We walked in and weren’t greeted by anyone. We discovered we need to seat ourselves and found all the empty tables were dirty and had not been wiped. So we sat at a dirty table and at no point did any of the staff offer to wipe it off. This place is a cool looking spot, I ordered a breakfast wrap which I unfortunately could only take one thing away from. Vegetarian options are extremely limited especially without being able to take away more. They advertised a sandwich with sriracha so I ordered it and to my dismay it was actually sriracha mayo that was made from 99% mayo, it was despicable. You really need to advertise that it’s “sriracha mayo” and not just label it as sriracha. The coffee was fine but nothing crazy. I could see locals finding this to be a cool spot but it’s not a place I’d ever come back to until they get actual sriracha on their menu and allow you to edit the dishes beyond one subtraction.

It's not my habit to complain openly about businesses, but my wife and I have were very disappointed with the poor customer service at Hollander Coffee/Brewing Company. We had just had a great time at Saint Boniface Brewing and decided to knock off another brewery on our Lancaster Brewer's Guild 2024 passport by stopping in at Hollander. The atmosphere walking into Hollander is nice and includes an attractive bar area. there, which we sat at. There were 4 young women working behind the bar. We waited for more 15 minutes while the servers attended to several other customers at the register, but never took the time to even acknowledge our presence or ask us to seek service at the register. The location was not super busy and there were several times when no one was standing at the register, allowing time for the servers to interact with patrons at the bar, but they did not. At some point we did see the there was a digital code to access the menu and we decided to attempt to use this. the menu on TOAST did include beer, but did not have any way to order a flight which was listed on the hard copy menu of which multiple copies were placed on the bar. We finally became so disappointed that we got up and left without any acknowledgement from the staff. I realize that this is a coffee shop as well as a brewery, but as long as there is a bar present for the brewery the servers should provide some degree of attention to those individuals at the bar. At the very least they should be offering suggestion to come to the register if that's the only place where orders can be made. As a Lancaster Brewers Guild passport holders my wife and I are disappointed that we will not be able to complete the passport this year, but we would rather forego the merchandise then suffer the poor customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot speak to the quality of any of the items at Hollander as we never received the service necessary to...

I am writing this review after a particularly bad visit. This was our 3rd visit there in the last two weeks. Obviously, we had a good first two visits. On this visit we decided to use the at table ordering system. It was very busy and it took about 30 minutes for our hot mocha lattes to come out. Mine was barely hot, but I did not mind that so much. Then 5 minutes after we received the lattes, we thought, "why is it taking so long for our scones?" So i went up to the counter to ask about the scone and I was told they were out of scones an they would be happy to refund us for the scones. I glanced at the display case and they were out of just about everything, so I told her we were having breakfast here, I get a menu to see what else we want and come back. We decided on two breakfast sandwiches and I waited in line to have my order corrected and place the order for the sandwiches. The cashier corrected the order and asked me to pay, but the system would not take apple pay or my credit card, so she said she would just put the order through. Ten minutes later a waitress shows up at our table with another latte. We told her we did not order another latte. Five minutes after that, I decided I should check on our sandwiches. The waitress said she would check on them and returned 30 seconds later with our sandwiches. As we are eating our sandwiches, another waitress shows up with another dish we did not order and said it was ordered for our table. I told her we did not order that even though the name on the slip was my name. She looked confused and walked away. I think they have some kinks to work out in their system. Today's visit was not...
