I’ve tried their signature hot chocolate twice already and it’s my go-to since. I’m always looking for something that is not too sweet. I requested for a dark hot cocoa with whipped cream, I’d give it a 9 out of 10! if it was dark dark then it’s perfect. It’s sippable (not to watery and not too thick). After a very disappointing experience at another ‘ice cream’ establishment we wandered in at The Chocolate Bar to check out their offerings. What a wonderful experience!! We were greeted with two infectious smiles belonging to two delightfully versed young ladies, well versed in their products and eager to share their excitement. I’ve had ice cream here once before and it was SO good I knew I had to bring some pints home next time. Yesterday ended up being that day and I was (to be expected) totally blown away.
