Highly disappointed. Went in to get juvederm on March 15 and wasn't able to finish the full syringe at that time due to swelling. No problem there, paid for the full syringe and set my follow up appointment for the following week to finish the product I paid for. A day or so before my appt I realized I had never received the confirmation text they send regarding appts. I called to confirm and they had never put me in the system. They were able to get me in for an appt and we set it up. They called me back to cancel because they said they don't set follow up appt only a week after 1st injection. OK fine, we rescheduled. Unfortunately I had to cancel the rescheduled appts. and when I called to rescheduled I SPECIFICALLY asked if the product would still be good and was ASSURED it would be. "Some people save it for a year" were the woman's exact words. Finally we rescheduled my appointment to get the rest of the product I already paid for on April 19th because they were completely booked up the prior week. When I arrived at my appointment to get the rest of the product I already paid for, I was told the product was no longer usable as its been over a month. Well then why was I scheduled at that time? Why schedule me after a month knowing the product isn't good after a month. I only used half a syringe, so I asked if I'd be refunded half the money and was told they don't do that. If I had only wanted half a syringe, I would have paid for that. And should been told the product goes bad instead of being lied to. So now I'm out half the money and my lips are UNEVEN because my treatment wasn't finished. Thanks. Will never...

I purchased laser hair removal from Groupon. I have pale skin and dark hair so I am the ideal candidate but I still have the same amount as I did prior. I believe it was because I purchased at a discount and was treated over the summer months that the laser was not set at the highest frequency. Laser hair removal should hurt but I did not feel a thing at times! On my last visit, the tech was surprised when I told her I still had the same amount of hair growth and she gave me a free extra session. It’s a shame because otherwise the office is beautiful and the staff is very nice.

MY RESPONSE TO OWNER: Originally I did write a 5 star review and complimented the woman who preformed my service and the friendliness of staff. I had no issue with them or the environment of the office. However, the fact of the matter is, I paid for a service - even if it was at discount I am still a paying customer - that I am the ideal candidate for and saw no difference in results after multiple sessions. No hair thinning, not even some patchiness! Both areas look the same as they were before I started treatment. So, I changed my review to reflect the results of my service. It is your business so I understand that you would take it personally, but you have to admit your response was not professional or appropriate. BUT you are allowed to respond emotionally just as I am allowed to share my results no matter how much...

If you are getting married in 8 weeks, or have any important event coming up, you may want to consider having Botox done somewhere else. I spent about $300 on 20 units of Botox, which was higher than I usually pay, and wound up with a much less than desirable result. The day following the injections, I knew something was seriously wrong, especially since I’d done Botox about 7 times prior to this. The whole left side of my face completely drooped, and as the days go by, my eye & my eyebrows are not returning to normal. After panicking for weeks about my upcoming wedding, I realize the only thing I can do is just wait for it to wear off. I missed my bridal shower because of this, and not only is my face completely uneven on both sides, but underneath both my eyes are completely bruised, and I can only lift one eyebrow up. Whatever eyebrow lifting I can do is completely spocked on both sides and it looks like two triangles when I try to lift them. And not to mention, the wrinkle in my forehead that I originally went to correct is still there! If you’re going to go here, I’d stick to massages and facials, and go to a certified plastic surgeon for Botox injections. Thank God I hired a good makeup artist for my wedding because I feel like this ruined my life and can’t believe I’ll be looking at photos of myself like this...
