The Acorn Center — Local services in Littleton

I am very disappointed that you must call repeatedly to get someone to answer phone calls. Messages are not returned. Many more performances should be scheduled to make this beautiful center a success. Prices on beverages (beer and wine) have now doubled at the free concerts. These concerts should be scheduled on Saturdays, not Thursdays. Outside food vendors charge too much money. To make this truly family friendly, outside food and beverages should be allowed (excluding alcohol). Water should ALWAYS be allowed especially in high heat. Since the theater only holds 300 seats, many performances need to be scheduled. Volunteers have not been contacted that have signed up to help. The Lake Gaston Ladies Club and Lake Gaston Lions Club are selling tickets to a show on Sep 29th but the show is not on the Acorn...

Not going to support anything to do with this place. Lakeland was an amazing place with lots of diversity and amazing shows. Then the new director/owner fires/lays off everyone running it and emails someone else about how he doesn't want any gay people there at all.

The concerts last year were amazing and showing different aspects of the community now it's just going to be trash.

In one word…Magnificent! Unfortunately, my first experience with this venue was due to the loss of a loved one. We held his Celebration of Life there and it. was. beautiful! The location, the set up, the technology, the building itself, and the awesome staff…perfect. They took excellent care of us and worked diligently with our caterer, florist, service Director to ensure a stately event. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation.
