Blue Label Lounge — Local services in Lockport

I must have passed this place a hundred times since it opened. Stopped in for the first time and just WOW! Excellent service from start to finish, the best selection of cigars anywhere around, upscale decore, comfortable seating, plenty of space with tons of cool things other than cigars. They have pipes, high end pipe tobacco (extremely hard to find locally), cigar cutters, ashtrays, humidors, premium knives (Benchmade/Zero Tolerance) ect. I mean, I even saw a Sig Sauer red dot and magnifier combo there! Literally the coolest store this town has ever had. Truly wish I found out about this place sooner. By the way, I didn't get his name but whoever was working on March 13th, 2024 around 5-6:00pm, thank you for everything you were amazing. Happy to say that I found a place that I enjoy spending time. The Blue Label Cigar Lounge’s Proprietor is a class act. Place is extremely dialed in and has a great and wide selection of smokes. Clean is key. Kai is a great addition to the team and is cordial. I love the different seating areas each seems to be a unique feel.

I purchased a few day passes and decided to be a member. Highly recommend you look into this. Will is great and is alway full of life, great smoke recommendations and alway on point with the taste and smell. Happy to be part of such a great, unique and Classy lounge. I stopped in to purchase a few cigars, while the rep seemed to have a decent knowledge cigars, did not come across as friendly. I was also denied use of the bathroom despite purchasing 30$ worth of cigars, as it's a "private club" despite their not being another customer in the building nor any cars in the parking lot. Cigars where also not in ideal condition, a touch drying ard wrinkling was observed around the foot of one of the cigars.

I made it clear it was my first time shopping with them, and they are well within their rights to refuse me from using their restroom as a non-member, but I simply can't shake feeling they simply weren't interested in the business of a person of my ethnicity, so I'll let them keep it how...
