The Vineyard Shopping Center — Local services in Lodi

If you haven't heard, then let me spill some tea! We were in the middle of our vacation, having just flown 5 hours, my wife and me from Hawaii to Sacramento CA, a beautiful city. We touched down, got a rental from Budget Rental and headed out to Stockton, CA. I had promised my Sister that I was coming through, so you can only imagine how excited I was to be back in CALIFORNIA. I had lived here before, but that's another story. Hold on, i am Spilling Tea here, there was a Starbucks about 200 yards from the hotel front door. Yippee! The Vineyard Shopping Center was located within a few miles. This was where we got our COVID test to ensure we were cleared to visit my Sister n Family. We did not want to bring in. Check out their location. Plenty of shopping stores,but I was ready to see them. My wife found a ROSS Shopping Store, and that means she was ready to shop. Follow me for more discoveries. Went to new Food Maxx store,second time have been there. Prices are ok in my opinion, no better,no worse then other stores in area and I shop them all! My issue with this store is the produce,especially the fruit! First time I bought fruit here had to toss it all out! Started rotting pretty quick and the pieces that were still had no flavor! Went here again said I was not going to buy any fruit,but I did anyway figured I'd give it another try...regrets again! Nectarines started showing bruises and mold within a couple of days and they were not ready to eat yet,go figure? Apples,sliced one open,was bruised on inside,never have I seen this in an apple before! So not buying fruit there again! I also noticed they don't seem to carry very many salt free/ low sodium items...eg: tomato sauce/paste,soups,etc. Meat prices seem about the same as other grocery stores as well in the area...so overall,store ok but not one I would shop...
