Owner/repairman Jason worked on my laptop. The only issue with it upon taking it in was that it wouldn't power on. I was happy to have power to it after he replaced the motherboard...then the mouse failed to work so back in it went. After paying for that repair I get home, power it up & the speakers were blown. Though I've never dropped or mishandled the laptop I can hear the speaker jiggling around inside the housing when I shake the machine. I have to assume the repairer is completely aware of these issues before releasing it to me each time yet he gave it back as though nothing was wrong. Seems it would make more sense to fix anything you've tampered with or at least bring it to the customer's attention rather than letting it be an unwelcome surprise. When you break something while fixing something else, that should be on your dime, not the customers' if we're talking good business practices. I'm not sure why people don't feel the need to be forthcoming in business dealings but I know I won't be back to utilize...

Very disappointed. I wanted a full diagnosis and battery repair. Unfortunately, it took way longer than Jason quoted me. There was a severe lack of communication, and I didn't received any updates until I made calls inquiring about my computers progress, despite Jason telling me he would call a specific day. Still , what really disappointed me the most is the fact that I have new exterior damage. The rubber stopper on the bottom of my computer was clearly ripped off and place back on with some weak tape. It immediately started falling off when I got my laptop back. That did not happen before it was in their care. Also, the back of my laptop wasn't placed on correctly after the battery replacement, it is now bent open and will not close completely exposing the motherboard and internal components now. He didn't even close my laptop properly. I'm going to the geek squad to get this resolved. Very sad when you try to support local businesses and they make you wish you would have went to a bigger...

I use to think this was the best place on the planet..but not after today unfortunately....I called them because my computer was running slow & specifically asked them if temporary files would slow down my computer....they said no & wanted me to bring my computer in for a $29 diagnostic.....a day later I spoke with a friend who is a computer tech person & asked him the same question....he said without a doubt temporary files would slow down your computer. He then told me how to delete those temporary files....which I did today...AND GUESS WHAT??? My computer is running faster than ever...so I am truly disappointed in the lies that Computer Solutions told me & they have been supposedly fixing my computer for years....WOW...it makes me feel seriously stupid....I would have been OK bringing my computer in for them to delete temporary files....but after they lied to me???? I'm not sure I'll ever bring my computer to them again....unfortunately I don't trust them to say the...
