First I was pushing my adult son in a wheelchair when the cashier lady was sweeping, she looked at me struggling trying to open the door and push the wheelchair through and she kept sweeping. Then as I was reading the paper menu another black woman walked in and we were standing at the counter next to each other. The rude cashier asked me if she could take her order since I wasn't ready and I said yes. Then those two started arguing over the black woman saying something about no Styrofoam. Then the owner walked up and started yelling at the customer and told her to stop talking about Styrofoam, you are hurting my business! He was extremely angry and kept yelling at her. I then spoke up and said that doesn't bother me that she said no Styrofoam. The owner yelled, "YOU ARE ALL ALIKE THAT'S WHY! YOU ARE FAMILY AND ARE ALL ALIKE!" I have never met this other customer before in my life! We are not related! Then the cashier said, "Yes you are family!" I said, "You are a liar because you watched me walk in here with just my son!" Something changed about their food. It is not as good as it use to be. The hot and sour soup is thick and if it cools down it has this spit like consistency. (an appetite killer) The flavor in the General Tsos & Sesame Chicken lacks that orange-sweet flavor. There the same, just General Tso is hot with broccoli and no sesame seeds. The fried rice, whether you get vegetable, shrimp, combo or whatever, it is also tasteless. If the rice was flat in flavor, then you should be able to taste flavor from the vegetables, meat or seafood. NOT! And the wings, if you want to call them wings. Depending on the size of your ring finger or pinky, the wings are smaller. So if the wings are that small, then you would hope they would at least be meaty. NOT! The smaller the wing, the little amount of meat within the wing. It's really like ordering a meatless wing with or without a combo. I really do not know what happen over the last few months, but the food at this restaurant lacks all kinds of quality, quantity, and flavor. It appears to be a convenience for people, but spend your hard earned money on something...

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM GRAND CHINA EVER AGAIN I PROMISE!! THE FOOD WAS SO NASTY AND MY FAMILY AND I SPENT $48.97 THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG 😑. I TOLD THE RUDE YOUNG MAN THAT TAKES THE ORFER THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG, HE TELLS ME IF HE GOT TO MAKE IT OVER HE HAVE TO CHARGE ME A FEE. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE ALL OF THE FOOD WAS STILL IN THE CONTAINER NOTHING WAS TOUCH. HE SAID HE HAVE TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SAUCE AND THE BEEF HE LEFT OFF MY ORDER. INSTEAD OF MAKING THINGS RIGHT HE WANTED ME TO PAY EXTRA WHEN I ALREADY PAID $15.00 FOR THE FOOD NOW I GOT TO PAY EXTRA FOR SAUCE WHICH WILL COME UP TO OVER $20.00 FOR A SMALL ORDER.
