Bethany! She did such an amazing job on my bright blond transition ready for summer! I came in with some a year and a half old growth and needed a new look. She took her time and her attention to detail was awesome. This was also my first time at the salon and I was super impressed about just how much they care about the health and condition of your hair. I am all for the Olaplex and Redken products because that seems to be the only few brands my hair responds to. And the toners! She slayed it. It wasn’t just a purple shampoo rinse and go kinda thing, nope she took her time toning everything out before drying and cutting off some length and it all turned out Stunning! The integrity of my hair still felt super soft and manageable and I am in love. Instant...

I only called them to see someone who had worked there the year before (who did an AMAZING job)but she had moved to another salon. I had a gift card so i went anyway and my experience was ok until I saw my highlights (wanted honey blond, got gray!). So, when she was done drying i told her it looked gray and she told me to wait until after i wash and style a few times and then if i still don't like it to call. I did just that and still hated it, i called and they REFUSED to fix it. Said i would have to PAY for services!!!! I will never go back.

Oh and the cut wasn't what I wanted (or what i showed her plenty of examples with different hair types) but I could live with it for a few weeks. I would never let them touch...

So, the first time I went, it was great. 2nd didn't get nearly what I asked for in the coloring. I was pretty adamant about wanting white, platinum baylage. I got standard blonde highlights. It's ok but not what I wanted or paid for $170. When I got home, my husband said, "You didn't get your hair done?" I booked another appt. In 14 wks. with a different stylist. I'll give it one more shot. I will say that it is clean and everyone is super friendly and nice.

I had my 3rd appt. with Mari this time. She's fabulous. My hair exceeded expectations!! Well definitely be returning. Already booked...
