Madison Creek Furnishings — Local services in Lolo

Very difficult to get anyone's attention. Twice in conversation I was interrupted when a customer entered the store. One salesmen literally walked away and started helping another customer. I had spoken with him before and told him I'd be back.

It was painfully obvious that they were looking to unload floor samples during their Presidents' sale. I had emailed photos of my place and was looking forward to suggestions. Though I had used the email on the website (sales@madisoncreekfurnishings) and was told that I could special order pieces during the sale, staff claimed photos were not received and I received no help.

Chad, the owner helped me and my mother pick out a mirror for my baby's nursery. He then helped us find some awesome baskets to use as shelves. He was kind enough to get an employee, Courtney to give her expert opinion on how to place the baskets. Chad greeted me and my mother as soon as we walked in and told us if we didn't see anything we liked to let him know and he would take us in the back to look for more mirrors. So impressed with Madison Creek!! From beginning to end everyone I worked with was exceptional! I spent a healthy amount here as we were furnishing a large home and their cash discount saved us thousands.
