Every visit to Olette has been amazing so far! Katie Z came very highly recommended from a family friend of mine to do my hair for my wedding on September 7th 2019. Katie was patient and friendly during the trial process, letting me try two styles in one sitting, was very flexible with her time for scheduling and travel to my venue, professional 100% of the time and a pleasure to work with. Not only has she done my hair for my wedding but Katie has been working hard to get me to my goal blonde color and always seems to find time to squeeze me in. The salon is beautiful and the quality of the products they use is amazing. I have another appointment with Katie in just a few weeks and I can't wait to continue working with her and going to Olette. Allyson has been cutting and coloring my hair for almost 20 years. I knew when she opened her own salon, it would be fabulous! Olette certainly doesn’t disappoint. The interior is chic, sophisticated and beautifully done.

While at the salon, I thoroughly enjoy my time in Allyson’s chair. Not only is Allyson enormously talented and creative, she is also extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. I appreciate sitting, talking and laughing with Allyson as much as I enjoy my haircut.

In addition to having my hair done, Yvonne does my gel manicures. Yvonne is top-notch. I always get compliments on my nails, and the manicures usually last for several weeks.

I had scheduled an appointment to color my hair and showed up to learn that my appointment had been canceled because it wasn't confirmed. I was never told that my appointment needed to be confirmed. Their excuse was that they had a lot of no shows and that they had tried to call and email. I never received an email. It turned out that they never asked for my email. What upset me the most was the attitude of the little woman who informed me that my appointment was canceled and told me that they were just going to wash and blow dry my hair, not ask, but tell me what they were going to do. No one tells me what I'm going to do. I pay for what I want to have done. Not everyone is irresponsible. I have the courtesy of canceling an appointment if I can't make it.
