The worker insisted on selling us only high priced, designer items, when we told them from the beginning we just needed cheap, and simple, like we had. The worker had no regard for that, kept showing us pricier pieces and was questioning directly “if I was sure” about what I wanted. We were never shown any simple downstem, and had to pay $30 for one that functions more poorly than the cheap one we set out to replace. To get the other item cheap was a battle of “are you sure man” in a clear attempt to upsell, rather than listen to what I was telling them I needed.
