Horrible management. I purchased a lunch bag from them for my son which arrived reeking like cigarettes. Because we needed it for first day of school and didn’t have time to wait for a new one I tried washing it and spraying with Febreze. Still stinks. Called and manager refused to help me claiming it was impossible it could smell like that. I am now disputing the charge on PayPal. Buyer beware of this place.

Edited to add: Again, I was sold an item for a child that smelled like cigarettes. Yes, it had the tags on it...that was not in dispute. Manager was totally unhelpful and refused to accept responsibility for the soiled item claiming it was “used” because I had attempted to wash it. Utter nonsense. Any other reputable store would have replaced it...especially because we are talking about a small ticket thing - not a $1000 item. For a $25 lunch bag, I would think a business would be willing to help rather than claim customer is lying. My family has a business and we would be out of work if we handled our customers like this. Their response to this review only proves they are still an unsavory company to buy from. Only purchase in their store if you must...don’t be fooled by online...

My daughter bought an eraser from these people on line. The ad made it seem like she was getting 12 erasers for $10. Turns out it was only 1 of the 12 shown, chosen at random. My wife contacted him about it, and he was very belligerent on the phone, and refused to give any sort of refund. I would avoid buying...
