Bradington-Young — Local services in Long View

We had looked for a couple of years for a high quality sofa. Every retail store we went to expressed the quality of Bradington Young. So we finally took the plunge and spent over 9K for a sofa and a loveseat. I reported problems with the retailer with the quality within 2 months of receiving our couch. Finally, after almost 4 months, they finally did something about it. Once they inspected it, they were in total agreement with the quality. The cushion casings did not fit properly with the inserts and our loveseat is about 2 inches taller than our sofa. They replaced our cushions inserts, however 2 of them still look terrible. The height difference was just simply blown off! I would NEVER buy or recommend a Bradington Young sofa or any of their other products for that matter. We've had 2 other leather sofas, that we paid a lot less for, that lasted for 20+ years that were better...

I would not buy again cushions fail too soon. I purchased an expensive leather couch and two recliners, cushions on the recliners lasted 4 years, and they covered them under limited lifetime warranty. When I called after four more years because they failed again, the seller said the factor would not cover and limited lifetime warranty was only 7 years and wanted $400+ for two cushions, that is crazy. I have a friend who bought like Ethan & Allen brand product and have never had to replace cushions. When you spend that kind of money you expect they would stand behind...

Have been disappointed from the beginning. Night enough padding in seat or arms. Have had it for only four months and it looks like a chair that comes from Walmart, only worse.
