I had a bad experience with this company. I noticed all the good reviews, but I had made an appointment for measurements, etc. They did not show up at the appointed time so I called. The lady I talked to said the guy had a doctor's appointment, but why couldn't somebody have called me. I finally called back when I heard from no one and told them just to cancel. Will look for...

Had an appointment today to have some carpet stretched. No one showed up! Contacted store; received no apology; was told installer had another job to do. No calls, nothing! Very unprofessional! Will Never recommend...
