Second Avenue, Tobacco and Vape — Local services in Long View

This is the worst educated, most incompetent people I've ever dealt with at a vape shop. I walked in the store, no customers inside at all, and stood at the counter for a solid minute before I had to ask the 2 men standing at the edge of the shop if someone could help me. One of them came over and I told him I need a pack of pods for a Novo vape. He proceeds to inform me of the Novo vape kits they have in stocks. Once again, I told him I need a pack of PODS for a Novo vape. I asked him what types of pods he has, with which he responded "I have novo pods". I then ask what type of pods he has available. He was unable to tell me anything about the pods, so I then ask to see the package. I ended up getting the pods only bc I was able to get him to show me the package, again, bc he could not tell me anything about the pods. Aftward, I asked what kind of delta 9 products they carry. He points to the section of delta 8 and 9 products, and I notice some products I've seen at other vape stores. Most notably, a bottle of delta 9 syrup that I've bought previously at a different store. The price of the syrup was just over $20. I questioned why it was such a high price, bc I regularly buy the same brand, same size bottle for $12.99 at vape 45 in hudson/granite off 321. All in all, the people that currently work in this store are VERY incompetent in almost everything they sell, not to mention that this store has the largest markups of any vape store that I've ever seen. Would not recommend going to this store unless it is your ONLY, and I mean ONLY option. Just terrible service, and...

They have terrible customer service, and they are uneducated in the products that they sell. Bought a mod 2 weeks ago and while out of town coil stopped working and could not get a replacement. Went in this shop today, and guess what he didn't have a coil either. First he tried to tell me I didn't buy it there, and he doesn't sell this model. I looked and saw the same model in a different color and he said oh yeah I got 2 of those from my buddy to sell.....WAIT, WHAT...you sell products that come from who knows where, you don't sell, the accessories and replacement parts and you aren't even sure what this product is or does.

He just shrugged and said I'm just a worker, even though I'm pretty sure he is the owners kid. I got a little upset about paying over $50 for something and you're just like sorry. He pointed at the same that said all sales are finally and asked if I could read...lol oh well never...

I really like this store. They've got a variety of things from kratom to vapes and from tobacco to CBD stuff. They've got a great selection of different tobacco vapes, mods, coils, cigarettes, and other tobacco related items. The guys that work here actually know what they're talking about. They've got a great selection of THCA, THCP, CBD, DELTA 8, DELTA 10 and other cannabis products. They sell a variety of tobacco products like tobacco pipes and water pipes. And for those that like to roll their own, they've got loose tobacco for you. Great store. I get a discount every time I go here, even though it's only a dollar or 2. But I'm sure I've made them plenty of money minus my couple dollars off of me because I'm in here at least 2...
