We were pricing hot tubs and trying to stay within our budget. We had been to several hot tub dealers with no sucess and sales people telling us that we would not ever stay within our set budget and get a hot tub and we just needed to buy their top of the line modeis and bite the bullet. Then we went to Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview and met Chris Ogden and what a dlfference. Chris is in the middle of moving into a new location and trying to set up the showroom, but he took the time with us to explain his different models and prices without rushing through or overly pushy. We explained that we were buying on a budget and what we had been told everywhere we had been. Chris asked what our budget was and said that he also had used hot tubs that he sold and he thought that he could make something work and he did. We purchased a beautiful hot tub that still had about 1 year left on the original warranty. We would like to also say thank you to Mrs. Tammy Mitchell (previous owner of the hot tub) it is in great shape and works fantastic. We had it installed yesterday by Jarrod and he was great. He had it set up, wired in & running in about 2 hours. Jarrod turned it on & went through the functions & maintenance, fully explaining everything. I can't say enougb about Chris & Time Machine Hot Tubs, if you are looking fot a hot tub or swim spa and want a honest,knowledgeable, helpful expert that loves what he does then this is your place. I know that i will use him again for all my hot tub needs and will highly recommend him to everyone I know. As a previous hot tub owner when we were ready to upgrade, we did lots of research on various hot tub styles and vendors. We were seriously looking at a spa competitor until we stumbled upon Bullfrog spas. Time Machine Hot Tubs was a vendor closest to us, over an hour drive one way, that sells Bullfrog. From the moment we met the owner, Chris Ogden, the sales person and the technician, we were impressed with their knowledge about the product and the warm welcome as interested customers. While we were still deciding which spa to buy, we kept thinking about the Bullfrog product and made several visits to the store before finally purchasing the Bullfrog X7L. With so many spas in their showroom, no pressure or hard sales to upsell was ever done to a more expensive option. Time Machine Hot Tubs customer service each time we visited or called has always been “top notch”. They make us feel like family every we walked into the store. Delivery went smoothly and the lead technician and his crew were professional and prompt. Shortly after our delivery we did have a few issues with the Bullfrog spa. Time Machine Hot Tubs was very responsive in addressing and assisting to troubleshooting our issues. Over six months after our purchase, their exceptional customer service continues to exceed our expectations. We are so glad to have found Time Machine Hot Tubs as they made our upgrade to a Bullfrog spa an enjoyable experience. We have never been displeased with Chris or his staff that worked with us in our hot tub buying experience. Everyone the we dealt with was professional and had great personalities. It took us a while to get to our purchase date but we knew that we would buy a Bullfrog hot tub from the minute we learned about them and we knew we would buy it from Chris Ogden at Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview TX. In a world of “hurry up and buy from me” attitudes where the focus seems to be more about the money instead of customer satisfaction, we found Chris and his staff to be very patient as well as taking plenty of time to help us understand everything about hot tubs. Not only did we receive customer service before our purchase but after as well. All I have to do is call and someone will help me weather it is a tripped breaker (my fault) or trouble with chemicals, they have always been there to help. So many places seem to be willing to make a work order and charge for a service call and being over an hour away this would have been expensive...especially when our woes were on us. I firmly believe that Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview TX has the customer at the top of the list...they want you to be happy with your hot tub. We love our Bullfrog...we love Time...
