Disappointing experience with zero empathy for inconvenience they caused us. We went in ready to purchase 2 Full size beds but salesperson told us they had no Full beds in entire showroom. We pivoted and asked if they had any barstools, and eventually picked out a matching pair & asked to buy the floor models and were told no, we'd have to pick up the boxed product from their warehouse a few miles away & assemble them ourselves. Salesperson said we could pay there and they'd give us a receipt/slip from cashier and go directly to pick up our unassembled barstools the next day. We pay, receive a sales receipt, but another associate overhears our transaction and tells us we will have to return back to store the next day to pick up paperwork (extra trip), then go to warehouse. Manager was 10 feet away listening and couldn't be bothered to come out & explain why salesperson gave us incorrect info & why we couldn't get paperwork then to avoid return trip to showroom. So morning we have to drive back to store and pick up paperwork to give to warehouse personnel to pick up our unassembled barstools. We pick up boxed barstools, drive the 40 minutes home and I assemble the 2 barstools. We notice the height is NOT THE SAME as the product we paid for at the showroom. We load the barstools I assembled into car and return to showroom, measure the floor model barstools in front of salespeople and tell them they gave us the wrong product. No one apologizes or shows any empathy for our time & inconvenience, they just say, go pick up the correct product at the warehouse (and by the way, leave us the barstools you put together...so we make a SECOND trip to warehouse. My wife asks if they can please check to make sure we have the correct barstools this time, and to paraphrase, he says he has no way of knowing if the barstools he's giving us are the same incorrect short ones they gave us that morning...he doesn't offer to open the box or reference any packaging info to make sure we are getting the "tall" barstools. We get back, i spend another hour putting together barstools, which by the way, are the correct product this time. To sum up: very unpleasant experience, a manager who never came out of the office to offer any empathy or apology for giving us incorrect information about having to make a second trip to showroom to pick up paperwork when we were originally told we wouldn't have to come back, and even more surprisingly, not any concern about the inconvenience of spending an hour putting together the WRONG product, and driving back another 80 minutes round trip to return incorrect item and pick up correct item. Sour taste in our mouth; extremely unprofessional response to their error causing us time & money to construct two pairs of barstools and make second trip. Your time would better spent doing business with a company who values its customers.

ZERO STARS! Mt Pleasant location is TRASH! They have the ABSOLUTE WORST "customer service" that I have ever been exposed to. There was an issue with delivery that I was trying to resolve and was confronted with attitude, tone and blatant disrespect by their staff MELANIE & AUSTIN. I was hung up on multiple times. And Melanie even decided to throw a cuss word in there too. I have used them in the past and didnt have issues but it has been several yrs. Apparently they cant find professional, respectful employees. Unless you want to be treated like dog mess....DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I wanted to cancel the whole thing but I paid cash up front and they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee. I'm flabbergasted at the complete and utter lack of respect for customers. Like I said....TRASH!! EDIT! I LITERALLY JUST RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM "MR BLAKE" HIMSELF, immediately after I posted this, WHO WAS ALSO BLATANTLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND THREATENED TO SUE ME FOR POSTING BAD COMMENTS ON HIS BUSINESS....

Please spend your money elsewhere. The customer service is horrible. We purchased a twin size bed and picked it up a couple of days later. When putting it up we noticed damage to the headboard and footboard. It’s obviously been damaged and they tried to fix it. When I called to tell them about it they said that we took the floor model because we didn’t want to wait on a new one which I’m unaware that my husband even said that but even if we took the floor model with there being obvious damage, it should’ve been discounted. We never noticed the damage on the bed in store. I was told by their assistant manager Nicole that we should’ve inspected it before purchasing. Never knew you had to inspect inch by inch on furniture before buying it. First and last time doing business with this company. I will definitely make my next purchase somewhere else. Selling product this defective gives a horrible name for a supposedly “nice” furniture store who sells...
