To describe how awesome Chad and his team at the Lonoke Collision Center are, I have to start off by telling you a story about a 17 year old girl that was broke down, upset, and stranded on a busy county road 6 months ago. This incident lead me to one of the best collision centers that I’ve had the privilege to deal with. One of Chad’s employees was the only one that stopped that day to help my daughter. She had just recently had her car’s oil changed, and the company mistakenly double stacked her oil filter gasket. This mistake caused her to loose over 90% of her oil, and created a smoke cloud that everyone passing by could see. Chad’s employee never hesitated to pull over, and offer his help. Help her he did. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the oil filter all while on the phone with me, her helpless frantic father. A complete stranger that God sent her way to make sure she was safe. After fixing her filter, he then drove several miles to the closest store to get new oil to put in her car. This act was going to make him late to work, but he had rather dealt with his boss than to leave my daughter on the side of the road. Once he was satisfied that she and her car were safe, he disappeared as quickly as he came, never asking for a dime for reimbursement, or anything for his troubles. In the middle of feeling helpless that I couldn’t help my daughter several miles away, I remembered that he mentioned that he worked at a local collision center. After a couple of days of phone calls, I was able to track this gentleman down. My daughter and I went to his work, and present him with a gift card to a local restaurant for him and his family. His place of employment was Lonoke Collision Center. Recently my daughter had her car backed into by a classmate in a parking lot in town. At first it appeared that this individual was going to do the right thing, and pay for the damages. Unfortunately the cost of repairs was too much for the individual to pay for. My daughter, out of the goodness of her heart accepted 60% of the remaining cost. I contacted Chad, and after explaining her situation with him, without hesitation, he offered me a deal on the repairs that I couldn’t turn down when he found out that my daughter had saved up every penny she received for every “A” grade in high school for college, and it was about to go down the drain. Chad wasn’t about to let that happen, so he came to her rescue. After a few parts were replaced, he matched the paint perfectly, repainted, adjusted, and installed her new bumper saving her a lot in cost. This man gave us top notch service for a fraction of the cost. In this day of age, there are still good people out there in our community. Chad and his employees are some of them. I highly recommend Chad and his amazing crew at Lonoke Collision Center. I’ve made a new friend and he will be getting all my future business if the need arises. Sept 1 2020 I left my car. He said he wanted to make sure I have all the money before he painted it, needed a deposit before he could start. Paid $250 deposit Sept 14 2020. Nov 4 2020 I told him I had all the money, Chad replied saying he would be able to get started in a couple weeks. Jan 5 2021 he swears he would start on it if I told him I needed it. Aug 18 2021 we agree on 85% more than the original agreed upon price. While making this new deal, I stressed how if we agree on a new price I will need a deadline and results. Chad and myself agree on a 2 month deadline. Mind you this is not a large vehicle. 2002 Acura RSX Type S. The car is not in horrible shape, and I supplied a Brand New Urethane front bumper from Certifit. Sept 15 2021, Chad tells me I need to come pick up my car. Nothing has been done to it the entire time it has been there. There were several phone conversations between the dates mentioned. I picked up the car this evening Sept 16 2021. The front bumper cannot be found. Over the year that we have spoke and messaged nothing is ever his fault, he is behind because of someone else or something else. I feel I was more than understanding about life and things that get in the way, but when you make a deal with someone, handle your business. I'm just glad I didn't give him anymore money, or parts for the car. Chad did refund my deposite, not sure how the missing bumper is going to pan out. Stopped in to receive a quote on some auto Auto body damage that was done to my vehicle.

Everyone here seemed extremely friendly and very happy to see me walking to the door.

They were quick to address the quote And told me that there may be some things that are still not included as when they go to do the work they could possibly find some more damage.

So it gave me a good general idea of when I'm going to have to spend on getting the repair work done.

I have seen some work that have come from this location and everything seems to look very nice when it leaves the facility.
