A couple month's ago, my AC unit went out and a friend recommended someone to me (i will leave their name out). This person came out and fixed end connectors and replaced something else. I really didnt feel comfortable since my friend never used this person before. I ended up spending $350.00 for the repair. Just a couple weeks ago, my AC went out again. I decided to not use the same person I had previously. I reached out to Lonoke Service Co, and made an appointment. I really thought this would be a come and go situation as it was with the other guy. But, I was wrong.....very wrong. I was sent text messages of when the tech would arrive at my house, when he arrived at my house, and when the service order was completed. This technician spent at least 3-4 hours at my house. Not only did they fix the problem, but noticed some other issues that were fire hazards waiting to ignite. They also cleaned my coils to my unit. This company is very straight forward with their customers. I love the professionalism of the tech. We even got measurements to get an estimate on getting a new unit, because I have a much older unit. I called LSC because my AC unit was hit by lightning and I wanted a 2nd opinion. They also let me know that my unit need to be replaced. What made them different was they gave me many options as well as recommendations for my unit that is in my attic. I decided at that point to go with them.
