My granddaughter go to CGLA and was given a form to fill out for her graduation. Unfortunately the school said to go online to make orders. That's when it went down hill, I placed the order and realized they didn't send me a confirmation nor took the money out of my account. I called the hixson office and they told me to call the main office. Nobody could find my order number or that I have made an order. They told me to process another order. My new order gave me order number that we printed out but still no confirmation email. Then I proceed to check my bank account Sunday Dec 12,2021 and I had 2 charges on my account. Talked to Phil the following Monday about the charges on my account. One of the charges didn't have a order number. Then Phil said he was going to cancel the charges because it didn't have an order number. Then I checked my account again and 2 more charges where made. I'm currently owing them $1500 for an $520 order. Now, I had to call them again and talked to Phil then he transferred me to his supervisor Omar. I asked Omar to cancel all the orders and he told me it would be 72 hours before they can refund me my money. I'm on a fixed income and now my check is gone for the entire month before the holidays. I will be contacting the school system as well and all social media outlets about how unorganized and extreme poor customer service...
Read moreMy son paid for and ordered his cap and Gown almost 2 months ago. Only to be told today that it was never paid for/ordered. And he has been desperately trying to reach this office and cannot get through to them. To the point of calling corporate office and they tried to reach him on a back line and they couldn't even reach him. Seems pretty shady to me.
UPDATE so now they they have also screwed up my son's $70+ Graduation Invitation order and we've been told it would be 2 weeks before we could get them. Graduation is in 5 weeks from today. I've spoken with corporate and had them put in a request to cancel the order and refund us our money, because corporate again attempted to call the office and could not get through to anyone.
And in reference to the original review Mr William's felt that it was acceptable talk down to my son due to my review. Maybe if someone would answer the phone and not be rude we would not have had to deal with it by resorting to writing a bad review, because that seems to be the only thing that got...

Balfour should be disgraced to have someone as I’ll organized as him representing there company. Ordered invitations to then be told that their local office failed to print and send them to the company that produces them. Thus forcing me to get a refund because it would be too late to send out to people and expect them to have time to prepare to come. Also badgering me when I had to call about another problem concerning my cap and gown, that was a fault in their online payment method. Which I still let in to after listening to him complain about the fact that he would have to pay late fees.
Would absolutely never recommend this company and my school agrees to the fact of this was an absolute horrible way to end a senior year.
