Project Glass — Local services in Lorain

I’m late, but in 2021, I bought a 1,100$ phone from them, then 2 days later, the speaker goes out on it & I discovered there’s a massive crack in one of the cameras in the rear. I asked to get my speaker fixed, seems as though I had just bought the phone months ago, I live in Elyria, so it’s not very easy to get back and forth, I didn’t make it to speak about the phone until that May, I bought it in March & he tells me that I have to pay for the camera or the speaker, he won’t fix them both for free because it was months. Well where to begin lol… 0 customer service. Workers are rude and not knowledgeable at all on products they sell. I was telling them about the products they had lol. Not a good selection at all if you want anything I would just drive right down the road to Planet of the Vapes. Have 10x more products than this place and they aren’t even a dedicated smoke shop😂 The employees wouldn’t even get up to show us where a product they had was, which means their pieces are 3 inches thick in dust.
