Los Alamos Medical Center: Emergency Room — Local services in Los Alamos

Thank you to the emergency crew on Friday, 9/27. My elderly mother was medically transported to the Los Alamos ER after medical neglect from Los Alamos Wellness and Rehabilitation (aka: "A Skilled Nursing Facility"-Do not take your loved one there). At Los Alamos Medical ER, Mom received the utmost care and compassion. Shout out to Brandon, Dr. Gutierrez, Dr. Martins, and Kim. My family and I are beyond grateful. Your level of empathy and skilled care...

Long wait time , they checked my 7 year old son’s temperature at the time of triage and said he had a fever of 100.2, sent us to the waiting room for 2.5 hours … did not give him any medication. Re-checked his temp when the brought us into the room said he is still running a fever and did nothing to help him… one of the worst experiences… Definitely sticking to Espanola...

I had a terrible migraine and the staff and nurse Louis and ER Dr.Ketchun were really helpful and attentive to detail. Thank you very much for the exceptional health...
