In my opinion, the worst metro station in the entire system. However, the connections of the rail and busway are great.
The entire station feels like a brutalist dungeon, and is visually very dirty. This station truly deserves a deep cleaning.
No matter where you are in the station, the noise is unbearable. Upstairs of the C Line (Green) platform, the plexiglass barely does anything for the noise. Downstairs, the noise has no protection whatsoever. Metro seriously needs to consider how they'll suppress sound from the freeway station to passengers.
There should also be more security. I constantly smell weed or just see people sleeping on the benches downstairs on the busway station.
The signage should also be updated. It can be very confusing on where you're supposed to go, and the signs still use the old colored-lines, and can be confusing for new system users.

I heard a clip from an interview with the guy who designed the sculptures, seating and decorations, he said he wanted it to feel like you're happening upon the ruins of a lost civilization, if I remember correctly. Pigeons dance around and drink from puddles probably containing a few dozen different toxic substances. Your train or bus arrives, the doors close and the constant hum of automobiles is silenced,...
