Great wrk but I'm very disappointed with their customer service skills. 1st off the lady who was supposed to do my hair was late. The owner had to do it. As I was getting my hair done she left and strtd to braid other customers hair. I was left in the chair for almost an hour before someone came back to braid my hair. I had to go to the store numerous times just to buy more hair. They were very unclear on exactly how much hair I needed. My appt was at 7am I did not leave until 547pm. . . -_-. They talk very openly nd loudly wouldn't advise that you bring children. I am beyond irritated and will never go back again and I advise you not to. Great Braiders but their weaves are awful. That is js from what I saw customers getting. They walked out looking horrible. Hope...

This salon is so unprofessional, words cannot describe how poorly they managed my hair. My hair is natural and long and because these women lack skill and professionalism, I would have to say this was the worst service of my life. Not to exaggerate, but I lost a lot more hair than usual because they lack hair products that properly wash, detangle and hydrate my natural hair. The breakage was killing me, watching my stylist rip through my kinks, hearing my strands snap. NATURAL WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE NO PRODUCTS TO MANAGE AND PROPERLY TREAT. got my hair braided , I like that they do walk ins which is amazing! & the prices are reasonable! but my head hurts so much...
