Lucy's Laundromat — Local services in Los Angeles

I went there to do laundry. I'm new to the area. It was my first time there. They don't tell you until you go up to the machine to get changed that there is no change. It just sits out of order and they make you buy a card and you have to put money on. It was asking for help. No one was there. Some of the customers helped me. in any event. My major complaint is that to dryers. I put use 3 of them. I put them on high and they barely got warm. I ended up spending a lot of money on dryers. And my clothes were still wet so I took them away wet and left refusing. To give them any more money. It's a quarter for like 6 minutes. I believe that's ridiculous and they need to stop stealing people's money. They didn't have small machines, I think the cheapest one was over $3 and they have weird prices like $3.29 $4.86. None of it makes sense so I ended up spending $10 to 2 to do2 regular size loads and I had to bring...

I actually started the review on Lucy‘s laundromat because I saw her review about it about the guy anyway I went there to do my laundry so I did my laundry night looks nice always looks nice. There was an employee they keeper the places safe because they pay attention pictures are that is the first of my view (or should I say my last view of Lucy’s. Did my laundry here today with the new management is not really caring if any are there or not. I had to go to my car twice to get my laundry (no carts. I found the carts they are in the way people have them it’s there’s before the people new use the cart put back, but that never happen before. The washer machine leaked water, enough of this and enough of that...

Lucy is my go to place to wash every week. The store is BIG with lots of washers and dryers and a good amount of folding space.

If you forget your soap or even run out they sell it there (really reasonable price too). They even have a water station there that you can fill up your water jugs, and it tastes so fresh.

Whenever I see the attendants they are super helpful with customers and polite. I have even had multiple interactions with the manager, he is very nice and always cleaning and keeping the store looking nice. I like that the owner leaves their number posted in case something happens you can always call.
