It's across the street from a large section 8 projects complex and for many of the residents its services a primary "go-to" also serves the sprawling community of Urban campers in homeless in Boyle heights. So you got everything from cheese to boxer shorts to hardware all at a decent price. The owners are nice people their Korean and make him across a little strict or short at first, but they're very kind even offering me a small line of credit once when I was short.
