The laundry facilities are always in great condition, and the vending machines are a nice convenience when you’re in need of a quick snack. I feel very secure here, which is crucial for long-term stays. I would highly recommend Pacific RV Park to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park in the Wilmington area.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT LOSE IT!! I read the reviews before staying here and seen one or two where they read that they didn’t get there deposit back. I took my chances and showed the review to the personal working there before booking. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY. That this will not happen to me. I was relieved to know that because the deposit was the same as the first rent which was $1,350 and rent 1,350 that’s 2,700 on the spot. Well long story short I never got my deposit they only promised that the next day they would send it. It’s been going on 4 months now and nothing. They knew I wasn’t from there and that I worked in refineries for a living traveling they waited for me to leave and do this. I’m not the person to write any bad reviews but I would hate for this to happen to someone else that’s 1350 hard earned money that I lost that they took from me and my family. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you want to give...

Patty M Wow, I must say I am so impressed with the facility. I went to visit my cousin, I was greeted by this guy and a lady who are staff there. The place looked great. No trash, well lit, & was for the 1sr time, feeling comfortable in the atmosphere. It appears to me, that they are getting rid of the obnoxious tenants, who are not considerate of owners rules, being a nuisance to neighbors & inconsiderate with staff just doing their job.
