Up Flying Yoga — Local services in Los Angeles

Do not come here. The classes are not only way too expensive for it to be called “yoga” (a Buddhist practice of being present and not focused on financiers. Also, I was injured in one of their classes by a neglectful teacher who did not spot me when asked. After months of hospital visits and doctors appointments I didn’t hear anything from them. This place is absolutely amazing. I can easily say I was addicted after my first class. The aerial dance classes are SO much fun. Not only are they fun, but an awesome workout too!! What better way to build muscle, tone your body, and have fun at the same time could you possibly ask for than this? The staff is so friendly and helpful to each individual. Lovely studio. Class sizes are small. Their aerial yoga classes are wonderful and a great stress reliever. The instructors are friendly, patient, and helpful. Great for a variety of skill levels. I recently attended a class with Ruth, who did a wonderful job of making everyone feel welcomed and encouraged. She modified different yoga poses so that everyone in class could participate.
