I wanted to see fireworks but I didn't want to go to any of the crowded areas like the Hollywood Bowl or Exposition Park or downtown I just wanted to see fireworks. We found this part called Runyon Canyon Park however they closed for 4th of July after 6 p.m.. if you go down a little further you'll find that there are several good areas in the Hills to see fireworks from all over the city. From there we could see everything from Exposition Park to downtown Staples Center everything all fireworks just breaking out in the dark sky for hours. Try to get there earlier because people will start to take all the standing spots...
