Horrible adittude and rude customer service gave us a hard time to get a refund that she said she would refund for a jumper that they never left in our possession due to bad weather it was raining that day. Also, 4 years ago, they double charged us and for a party package that I had already paid for had the receipt saying I paid and when they showed up to drop off they charged my uncle for the package had to go back and get refunded. Another time I got a party package they just delivered the jumper, no tables and chairs trying to say that's all I paid for thank god I kept my receipts had to wait and hour plus for them to deliver. They want to act rude and say most people don't ever make a big deal about 60 bucks, obviously I ain't most people.
