United States Postal Service — Local services in Los Banos

With out a doubt the gentlemen that is working the front of the Post Office has no PR skills what so ever and should be fired immediately. He has no respect at all, my wife came in today around 3:50 to certify a letter and he threw the pen at her and did not at all at any time help her or to acknowledge that what she filled out was correct so that it could get to its proper destination. If you are unable to respectively deal with the public then I suggest you find another career or take a class on actually being a stand up guy representing the Los Banos Post Office. I have lived in Los Banos in 5 years and I have always received a wrong address in my mailbox. They have changed so many courier for this area and yet they still cannot deliver mail to right address.Last week they lost my package and told me that there is nothing they can do about it.What is the Post Office main job? Tried to mail a package to our son who is deployed and the two ladies that were behind the counter would not help and gave us all kinds of attitude, their behavior was disgusting. We traveled to Hilmar and was able to ship our package with no problems. I guess I shouldn't be surprised they don't have better customer service with all he other issues we have had there, I just don't get the nasty attitude.
