I went in to fix my daughter’s tablet. I was charged $120 for fixing the tablet & $30 for the screen protector.Client recommended me an “awesome” screen protector that it will need a big impact for the screen to break. I hesitated a bit but I went with it. Took about 2 hours to get fixed. Upon receiving the tablet I was not happy for the screen protector looked so cheap and thin. If it was such a good screen protector shouldn’t it have been thicker and harder??? Took S21 ultra with a broken screen to get it repaired. They charged me 400+ to repair it. Picked up the phone and they broke the back of my phone in two different places which looks like they used a screw driver to open the phone. I told them about it and said it was just a risk I took for repairing my phone. They didn't want to rapir it and wanted to charge me for repairing the back. Pipo was the best man for the job! He was super incredibly helpful and understanding and did not leave until he knew I was well take care of! Very grateful, he helped me figure out how to get a Uber out and even tho he was working on his English he communicated very effectively and I understood him and everything I needed to do to take care my phone moving forward.
