Bros Craft Burger — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

I have reviewed hundreds and hundreds of restaurants across the u.s. this place BurgerIm is so unorganized it took the cashier 10 to 15 minutes just to put my order in, and then it come out wrong! the wait for the burger was a little long, that I understood they make them fresh to the order...But! the size of the burgers was the size of a silver dollar... my 9 year old grandson ate his bite-size burger and wanted another one more... and they will not sell them to you one at a time you got to buy two at a time package or three package!! which is a little ridiculous.. I said no ma'am he has fries he has a Coke he just would like to buy one Burger... sorry we can't sell one burger at a time.. they were way over Cooks on the grill very Dry. I clearly asked for a medium cooked Burger, it was well done I all so tried one of their "Deluxe Burgers" a little bigger it also was overcooked and had Mounds and Mounds of this stuff they call Special Sauce.. yuckie..! I had to separate the bread from the burger and eat it by itself the meat there was so much sauce. For after-school snack it cost me and my two small grandchildren $23 and that was with only one drink this place is overpriced and horrible quality of food and service ranks the lowest of any restaurant that...

Interesting small place. One thing to know when you stop by is that you can get a regular sized burger or a 2 or 3 mini burger serving. The advantage to mini burger orders is that you can deviate from the same boring beef patty you are used to having and try meats such as lamb, dry ages and wagyu beef. You can actually even make all 2 or 3 mini burgers made from a different patty. I definitely recommend you get the 3 mini burger combo order (trio). If you get the 2 mini burger order (duo), it may leave you desiring more. The fries taste great, you may also get onion rings instead (or do half and half). If you want a basic burger, there are plenty of fast food chains around you can get your usual fix but if you don't mind deviating from your usual boring fast food establishment, try this place out. Your taste buds will thank you. One thing to mind is the waiting time for your order. It may take 10-15 mins for your order to come out but thats because your food is made to order, not pre-made and sitting in a warmer waiting to be bought. We were really excited to try this place because the burgers looked so good on the website. We got to the place and there were no customers. Thought there would be great service, but we were hardly checked on. We had to flag the waiter down anytime we wanted a refill or to get the check or to even tell him we were ready to order. We ordered our burgers and fries and they came back 5 minutes later to tell us there were no fries. How do you have a burger joint with no fries? Then, it was happy hour so we asked how much the beers were. The young waiter didn't know so we asked him to go ask and he came back and quoted us $2.75. when our bill came, it was actually ,$3.25. in addition, we were upcharged for onion rings and sweet potato fries even though it was THEIR fault they had no regular fries. They also upcharged .89 to change Swiss to Cheddar. The sandwich already had cheese so why was it an upcharge to just change the type of cheese?? All in all, we won't be back. The food was not bad,...
