It's sad to say I was looking forward to seeing this game store and making a deal with the owner I went in to trade some items I was taken advantage off he told me he had a lot more into than what I was trading him I took his word for it I had to drive over thirty minutes there and back when I finally got home to look over everything I got from the trade it was nothing remotely close to what I had given him when I tried to rectify the situation I he told me what I traded him was junk but was told he sold everything already I was just looking to have him at least make things fair he knownling took advantage of me so please make sure you check everything you get because he will tell you it's worth more than it's not so beware of this a very shady buisnes he will take advantage of you if he can when confronted I was told I sold him junk but he sold everything the same day I was cussed out and disrespected and told off and was told this is not game stop and it's very sad to say I went in and plugged the PS4 in to play a game and it wont even play the discsi am lost for words how I have been treated and ripped off I was told I sold him junk stuff but he sent me a message saying he sold it all now I am left with a messed up PS4 that doesn't play disc and a junk psp wish I could post pictures update it's now Tuesday I went to charge the psp and now it won't charge so check everything when you buy from this store and there was no amazing cards...

I showed up with 2 PlayStation 2s 2 Xbox 360s 2 Nintendo wiis and about 20 games just to be told that I could trade them in but I’d have to wait til either tonight or another time for an answer on the price. So I had to lug everything in just to be told I’d have to wait for a price, so I could either leave my stuff and not get any cash until Saturday or lug all my stuff back to the car and wait until the clerk heard back from whoever decides on trade in value. If you’re going to have people working at your store they should be able to take in trades without having to text someone and wait 3 days for an answer. Won’t be bringing trades back again. Silly game to play just for them to offer me $50 in the end. And btw the owner of this establishment is replying to reviews making threats saying I’m lucky you weren’t there? What a stand up guy. Won’t be going...

Anyone else notice any one star review and he yells at his patrons... not great business practices buddy boy. Constructive criticism can only help those wise enough to put an ego away and admit to faults. You will never be perfect, so why so mad when it's pointed out?! Why not attempt to better the situation like a gracious business owner would.
