We recently purchased furniture for a few rooms of our new home. There were 2 deliveries, both of which had a few minor issues. While everyone at the store was friendly and helpful, a couple of people are worth mentioning. The Loudon store manager, Elise, went out of her way and above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She was even going to personally deliver a replacement table top to our home after working all day! Needless to say, we did not make her do that. Before we purchased our home, we dealt with a salesperson named Zach. He too went above and beyond, going into the store on his day off to look up product availability and pricing. Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I highly recommend...

This place has wonderful sales and delivery people, an excellent selection, and to top it all off GREAT PRICES!! I COULDN'T believe my luck when I found this place. They also do their own financing so they are able to offer great payment arrangements like 12 months no interest based on credit of course.... But check out farmers for any and all furniture needs the also delivered and set up my stuff as well. I got a super cute dining nook and bunk beds...

Great place. Sales staff was nice, professional and very helpful. I went in to see about getting a couch. Found one that I really like & is very comfortable. Plus I ended up buying a server also. The delivery & set up was flaw free as the delivery team were Great. Both were very friendly & professional . The whole experience from start to finish was so easy & comfortable.
