Twin River Wholesale — Local services in Louisa

We had a very poor experience here!!! BEWARE OF PALLET SALES!!!! Not worth it at all! We get there to wait in line and most of the owners family and friends are in the front and seemed to already know exactly where all the good stuff is and run directly to it? Good be a coincidence but surely didn’t seem like it. Also, not very friendly and super unorganized which was really just uncomfortable. We spent a good deal of money (mid range in terms of pricing) on a pallet only to get it home full of actual garbage. We attempted to reach out to the owners multiple times over the course of four days only to be utterly ignored. Finally, we received a response and they basically said “sorry but it’s your problem, we don’t guarantee anything about the boxes” even though they determine the price????? Will never go back and tell anyone who asked to...

We bought our first truckload from Twin River Wholesale today. These guys are awesome!! We’ve only looked through a few of the boxes, but so far they look great. Ossie and his team were very accommodating to our needs and worked around the fact that we don’t have a warehouse or way of receiving a truckload shipment. He still let us get the load at the discounted truckload price and his crew has helped us pack a cargo trailer full all day for multiple trips. We have one more load for tomorrow and plan to pick up many more! Thanks for an amazing first experience...

We was there last week for their mystery boxes and then we also got a pallet the mystery boxes was ok at least we got a tablet worth $100 and another tablet but the 2nd one was cracked and didn’t work good but they are super super nice people very spacious so with this virus going on you don’t have to worry about coming in contact with a lot of people which is super awesome bc we have 2 kids to worry about we will be shopping there again even though we have to drive over an hour...
