Subway — Restaurant in Louisa

I have been to several states and been to a lot of subways and little ceasers . This one takes the cake . Louisa KY store sucks . No matter if you call your order in an hour in advance or just go to pick up.a hot and ready 5 dollar pizza you will wait for about 30 min to an hr to get your order . They are quick to take your money but not quick to give you your food . The emeployees are rude like you owe them something . This has been the only place I have went to.an order my food and then they forget your order . They never have hot ready. It nasty and needs to be clean . Really take my advice go to other subways and little ceaser in the area and she how nice and clean and well kept there store and employees are. I will never get food from this one again . I've tried giving it a try for the 6 months it only gets worse . They need Gordon Ramsay from hell kitchen to come clean this place up and show them how to run it . Incompetence at it finest... standing face to face the employees are unable to understand you... when an online order is placed, they make the subs however they want... not toasted, no cheese, no sauce, and that is if they have loaves of desired bread! Managers are extremely rude, condescending, and no matter what it is the public’s fault for their shortcomings! $27 wasted on subs made completely wrong! And this is after three different visits to this store on three different days to catch them with Italian (white) loaves! Yes! The most ordered bread! This store is unable to keep loaves baked. Nothing but disappointment. My sister ordered two sliders. They were made and then sat there unwrapped for at least 15 minutes, while the girl behind the counter decided to make a call in order. In the mean time my other sister and I waited patiently for another 10 minutes. I ask if she had any help, to a guy with a Subway shirt on, he told me no she worked for Subway. This was in Louisa, Kentucky. I was so angry by this time, I told my sister let's go somewhere else.
