Hello so I was shopping for my grandson, a christening outfit for his dedication and seeing this little boutique after getting my hair done in the same shopping center . So I thought I would stop in and see what they had. If they had anything I may be looking for as I walk through the door I’m greeted and everything was fine. There was a lady singing at the counter. They were talking so I go on to continue to look around next thing. I know there’s a lady staying directly behind me. No smile on her face no nothing and just blurt out can I help you? I looked at her and I said I’m just looking. I said I’m shopping for a christening outfit I said is there an issue that I’m looking no very very rude very rude. No I was not dressed up in Sunday Attire Like Isaid I had just left the beauty shop. Just really sad that you can’t even go in stores these days without being singled out because of what you’re wearing or cause you don’t have makeup splattered all over your face peoples judgment of character is Way off these days I’ll tell you but my Point of the message is the ladies working in there are very very rude people. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was today in that store and I was not even carrying a purse. I will never be back in your store again and I will never refer anyone to your store and furthermore, I don’t see how you’re very prosperous with the ungodly attitude that you carry so I will pray for you and I pray that Jesus be with you and helps...

My family is in town visiting Louisville for the first time and I wanted to take my 2.5 year old daughter on a mommy & me shopping trip while here. We ended up at Buttons Bows & Britches and had the best experience. The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in and spent time with my daughter, even helping her to try on a pair of shoes that she had pointed out. My daughter picked out several colorful dresses that ended up being new with tags Lily Pulitzer which were all really reasonably priced. Great children’s consignment shop! Amazing attention to customer service. I was shown around the shop, told of any sales going on and asked if there was anything I was looking for that she could help with. Went above by trying to hunt down anything I was looking for that wasn’t put out yet. Just over all great shopping experience. Not to mention the clothing here was all in excellent shape if not new and selection was great! Found some beautiful things for my twin...
